How long will it take to receive my order?
After you place your order, there will be a processing window of 1-4 days followed by a shipping duration of 7-18 days. Overall, it may take between 2-4 weeks to receive your package. The timeframe is contingent on the shipping method and the country of destination. Please be aware that holidays or unexpected events such as floods or hurricanes may cause delays. Custom inspections can also affect the shipping period.
May I get a tracking number?
Certainly! After processing (5-7 days), tracking will be provided for all orders. If you haven’t received your tracking number, please email your order number to [email protected], and we will send it at our earliest convenience. Keep in mind that the order number is not your tracking number.
How can I pay?

What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you enter the incorrect address, please email [email protected] before the shipment is dispatched, and we will update it to the correct one. If the shipment has already been sent, we are not liable to resend the package to your new address, so please ensure that you provide the accurate address when placing your orders!
Taxes & Duties
International taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. In case of a return or exchange, duties and shipping charges will not be refunded.
