HOW CAN I MODIFY OR VOID MY ORDER?
Should you reconsider your purchase, get in touch with us here, providing your order number along with the adjustment you’d like. We will confirm once the amendment or cancellation is completed.
You may only adjust or void your order within 2 hours of placing it. Post this timeframe, the order proceeds to processing and cannot be voided.
Please be aware that a management and processing fee (20% of your total order value) will be charged for the cancellation.
NOTE: Please be mindful that placing an order signifies acceptance of all the terms outlined above.
RETURNS & REIMBURSEMENTS
Owing to hygiene reasons and the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, we do not accept exchanges or returns unless a substantial issue is identified with the received item. This includes instances where the product is:
- Substantially different from the description or sample provided;
- Damaged due to faults from our factory or during delivery;
- Different from what was ordered;
Please be advised that our products are produced as per market demand and are made-to-order; thus, they may not always be available in stock. Additionally, the colors in advertised images may slightly vary from the actual items due to lighting during photography or monitor display differences. Thus, some discrepancy between advertised images and the actual product may occur.
If the issue is considerable, we may opt to replace the item or issue a reimbursement within a reasonable period. The product may remain with the customer.
Kindly contact our Customer Support team to initiate the complaint process and include the following details:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact phone number
Upon receiving and evaluating your return, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of your returned item and the decision regarding your refund’s approval or denial.
Returning your order without consulting our Customer Support and not meeting our requirements will result in no refund issued. We will inform you via email about the available options in this case.
- No refunds or exchanges will be made for any products bought during sales or promotions.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded once the item has been shipped.
- You will cover the shipping costs for returning your item
Please be reminded, our policy allows 30 days for replacement/refund requests. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform that replacement or refund is not possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 business days from the original purchase date, reach out to our support team to receive a full refund of your purchase.
