Return Instructions

Items need to be sent back within 30 days of when the package arrives.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the error is ours (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect item).
Products purchased at lefrockonline are custom-made and printed for you. Hence, a 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. No restocking fee for exchanges.
Lefrockonline will provide a prepaid label for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. For other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
Post receipt, allow 6-10 business days to handle returns. Our inspection team will review for approval. Refunds take 3-5 business days post-approval. Products washed, worn, or returned after 30 days are not accepted.
Include the packing slip with all returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Procedures

Exchanges must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To request an exchange, email [email protected] with your reason, including the desired size and color. The design must remain the same.
Include the packing slip with exchanges and specify the needed size with any additional notes.
Items washed, worn, or returned after 30 days cannot be accepted. Handling times: 1-2 days leads to reshipping in 3-5 business days; 4-7 days leads to reshipping in 6-10 business days. Customers bear the shipping costs.
